Gildan SoftStyle shirts have a super comfy feel and fit. Measure around the fullest part of your chest with your arms relaxed by your side. Do not include your  arms in the measurement. Divide the number in half for width/chest measurement below. With shirt lying flat, we measure WIDTH from armpit to armpit, and LENGTH FROM top of shirt to bottom hem.
